So, who’s the person behind all these delicious bakes? That’s me! I’m Mandy, 39 years young, married, and my husband and I have two wonderful kids.

I work part-time, about 2.5 days a week, as a rehabilitation consultant (I’m a nurse) in a geriatric rehabilitation unit at a care home.

In my spare time, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen. I’m passionate about cooking and especially baking – it’s a real love of mine, and one I’m happy to share with you!
